T&F road seat tube mill complete with SILVA Art 378 right hand spiral flute interchangeable seat tube reamer 31.6mm, road bike 200mm length arbor and black oxide stainless steel handles. Note: spare SSH001 stainless steel handles no. 160 are shown in the FRAMEBUILDING TOOLS - "MISCELLANEOUS" section. Note: tighten 8mm reamer bolt to 20 N-m and only rotate clockwise.
